This life changing trip is surprisingly gentle. Abseil (rappel)100m slowly into the magnificent
Lost World Cavern secured by your guide who abseils alongside on a seperate rope.

The descent takes around 30 minutes as you glide through eerie mists suffused with filtered light from far above.

This is a dry trip and once down participants embark on a caving adventure ascending through a series of gigantic vaults and climbs to the surface. See massive cave formations & glowworms. Trips depart daily from the Waitomo Adventure Centre located 800m before Waitomo Village on the RHS as you drive along SH37 (S38.2636 E 175.1197).
